Hi Experts,

I keep getting this error message when sending an order from PI 7.1 to R3...

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: RfcAdapter: receiver channel has static errors: can not instantiate RfcPool caused by: com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.RfcAdapterException: error initializing RfcClientPool:com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.core.repository.RfcRepositoryException: can not connect to destination system due to: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: User is locked. Please notify the person responsible

What could cause this error? Is it in PI or in R3?

HOPE TO GIVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS FROM THAT I CAN TRY.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

KUMAR.

Hi,

Sometimes this is because of Cache Refresh ..just make dummy changes to RFC adapter and Activate it

and also check the third point in the below link

Hi guys!!

We are passed a case similar with error mentioned. The user setup in the channel receiver was assigned to a consultant XXX, later, the consultant XXX resigned and Basis Team locked the user therefore the error was evident.

Tips: check the user with Basis Team

the user is in R3 and that is the user you provide to connect in the adapter.

1. Check if the correct client is provided in the adapter.

2. check in R3 if the correct user is locked

Hi,

It might be because, In the RFC connection parameters of RFC communication channel, the User that you've provided is locked in R/3 system . Please verify it.
