error service DESK for var. message very hight

I configured the service desk for var. And when opening messages very high, I get the following errors in the tab "action".

You are not Authorized to delete E0001 status.

and are not automatically sent to SAP

HELP please

Hi ALvaro,

Please check value of authorization object B_USERSTAT assigned to the user who created the message. Please add this and test again. Let me know if you still have an issue.

Hello Álvaro,

I am sure you might not need help with the issue anymore but, I had the same issue and I managed to solve it.

I had to put a ST01 trace and see the auth error on the traces. You have to modify the user role and add:

Please note that for my case, it was ZMIV00001, but for you, it might be whatever status profile you are using.
