Hello, this morning, I found our SAP system couldn't print. Then I typed /nSP01, and double clicked an error record (red "Status" : Error), it said :
SAP spool error log
Print request processing log
The opearting system is reporting problems
File system full (file /usr/sap/PRD/D00/data/006ct30z.PRD)
Errors occurred processing this print request
Error during print request output. 1_rc = 8
There may be no printout
Then I log on my UNIX system and got these files :
tsyy0332:/usr/sap/PRD/D00/data #ls -la

(1) Someones told me they are SAP Security Audit Log file, are they ?
(2) Will SAP delete them automatically ?
(3) If they are Audit Log, why SAP printing would need this directory ?
(4) I am confuesed, is this directory /usr/sap/PRD/D00/data used for SAP Audit Log or used for SAP spool or both ?
Actually, it is looking like a temporary file, created while sorting a large data set. Are you sure that this file is spool related issue?

I think it should be a SAP Audit Log problem. Here are those Audit Log related SAP parameters :
rsau/enable : 1
rsau/max_diskspace/local : 2147483647
rsau/selection_slots : 5
rsau/local/file : doesn't exist in my SAP.
DIR_AUDIT : doesn't exist in my SAP
FN_AUDIT : doesn't exist in my SAP
So, at this moment, I am very confused.
Is my SAP Audit Log in a normal and good conditions ?
Hi,
It seems that the audit log mechanism is activated, at your system. But, if you didn't set the parameter DIR_AUDIT, audit log will be created under "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/log", not "data" folder. You can check its default value on RZ11. Revise the parameters, below;
DIR_AUDIT = <path>
FN_AUDIT = audit_++++++++.AUD
rsau/enable = 1
rsau/max_diskspace/local = <SizeOfFile>

Hi Ming,
Could you provide "rspo/store_location" value?
Best regards,
Orkun Gedik
