Error during material determination for sales document item - RRB

Hi

Iam getting following error when trying to create a billing request using DP91.

Error during material determination for sales document item 40001560/000010

Message no. AD01155

Diagnosis

An error occured during material determination for a dynamic item.

System Response

The system cannot perform the function.

Procedure

Check in the profile being used whether its characteristic allows the assignment of a material to each dynamic item.

I have checked my DIP profile using ODP02 there are no errors in it, I have created a Setid and assigned it to costing element in selection criteria and material determination criteria.

Material origin is checked in costing tab in material master.

Appreciate help in resolving this.

Check in ODP2 wheather Process Dynamic Items with Material Only feild has been checked or not.If not checked then check it and then run the scenario.

Thanks for the reply, In ODP2 Dyn.items with matl is blank.

Where to check this i? Is it in ODP1?

I have selected the following characterstics,

Character relevant Material determination No Summarization

Material Selected selected selected

Activity tpye Selected Selected

Billing form Selected

Cost elemt Selected Selected.

Anything wrong here?

I have checked this Process Dynamic Items with Material Only feild in Usage , now some other error iam getting No expenditure found, may be it is related to cost center and WBS i have selected.

The error which you are getting is related to costing.So kindly reach your FI Consultant
