sybase control center : login user

Hi Expert

i created a new user and password by maually editing csi.properties , role xml . But after login with this user server list is

not retriveing.

please help me with the same.

Hello.

I have the same issue: I use openDS+Apache Directory Studio+SUP 2.1

I can login in SCC with new user, but cant retrieve a list of servers - authenticate has failed.

If I use basic login mode with supAdmin, everything is ok.

Could you help me to solve this issue?

thanks for respose , you have given me another way to solve the issue , though i used JXplorer for to solve the issue.

now i want create user in production sup which does not comes with ldap here i am using opends and jxplorer for same but

i am not able to integrate opds with sup production.

please guide
