discount for the consumed quantity automa

Hi friends,

I got one call regarding free goods its not a REBATE.

When customer buys 100 products with different orders with different dates,Now i want to give discount for that goods what he consumed earlier.

Ex:Day order quantity

10th 10003 30

13th 10004 40

15th 10005 30

-

---

100

Now system automatically give the discount for this products with out using rebate,how can we do that and any configurations done for this.
