Hi,
When i am trying to create the shipment cost document in VI01, getting the following error 'Item not created because service agent AG not in reference document ,. can you please guide to resolve this issue.

The forwarding agent number is provided in the shipment document. BUt still the error comes.

in the shipement document provide the forwarding agent number and then create cost document
