updated sales order status order to invoice

Hi

my client a have requirement to sales order status updated report to very 15 mins.e.g i have 15000 open order in any updation happen in any order like do creation or dispatch or invoice those details we need to be sent to other server through interface.

for this we designed 72 fields first we are transfer those 72 fileds to one z teble after that i how need to be get updated data in regular intervals.

Why not just use SQ01 to create report. Then set-up a background job. You can also set-up automatic email to the manager for this report.

How are you transferring the fields to ZTable?

It might be a Z program right?

Set this Zprogram as a background job which will run periodically in the desired intervals.

Tcode SM36/SM37

Also you can check the forum for background jobs , if you have not set any background jobs till now.

Check and revert back.
