Is it possible to customize the default workflow of Change Request.

i.e can we introduce Department manager role after requestor requests,

after approval from Departrment Manager it goes to change manager then to CAB and so on..

Hi Sidra,

Yes this is possible and there could be two options for you to consider.

1. You can use a combination of status and action to have this additional approval step.

2. You can modify the workflow CRM_RFC_APRV to incorporate the change. Within the implementation guide there is a help guide (spro -> Solution Manager -> Capabilities -> Change Management -> Standard Configuration -> Transaction Types -> Approval Settings).
