solman_setup shows blank page

Hello All,

When i try to execute solman_setup t-code it is displaying blank page in IE..

i.e http://hostname.domainname:8002/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=001

1.My IE version is 8.

2.I have maintained the hosts name in hosts file.

3.I have added the profile parameters

icm/host_name_full hostname.domainname

icm/keep_alive_timeout 400

login/accept_sso2_ticket 1

login/create_sso2_ticket 2

4.service

sap/public/myssocntl is activated

can anyone how to proceed?
