ChaRM change request action disable,aftersupport pack upgrade from SP2 -> 3

Hi,

I have upgraded the solman verwsion from 7.1 sp2 -> sp3,After upgrade in Workcenter ->ChaRM -> New Request for change

Requester created the new change request (SMCR) and enter required details and save the Request.

Change Manager try to change the status to Validation, but in action its not showing validation change action.

Normally in Solman 7.01 after upgrade we re-run the ChaRM BC-set .So all action will appear.

But i tried the same. But a not working.

Any helpful tips will be very appreciated.

Hi,

please go to the action profile SMCR_ACTIONS.

You could use transaction SPPFCADM or the IMG-path:

Transaction Types

Action Profile

Define Action Profiles and Actions

Select now the action profile SMCR_ACTIONS and change the text of the

following action definitions:

SMCR_CHECK_STATUS_AGAIN --> "recheck Request for Change"

SMCR_QUALIFY_CHANGE --> "validate Request for Change"

We have SAPKITL704 installed, but still had to impelement actions from SAPKITL703 pre-implement part.

I am experiencing the same issue in SP4. The only action available to Change manager is "Check request for change". have you resolved your issue?
