unable to login to system through sapgui

Hi Guru's,

I am stuck with an issue wherein the SAP system is up and running, In SAP MMC console the status is green but while accessing the abap system through sapgui i am not able to login to the system the dev_w0 shows only "patchcomment MSSQL connect error handling

Kindly let me know what could be the issue

port was closed opened port 3200 it worked

Hello.

Did you perform any major activity before this error observed ? Any system refresh or something else ?

It seems a database schema problem, please try to go through the Notes 683447 or the script mentioned in the Note 551915.

Hi Abhishek,

If SAP is up and database is also running properly (check processes in MMC) then it might be an issue with your SAP GUI itself.

What is the latest patch level on your GUI? Update your GUI and try again.
