SAP tutor on windows 7

I are having the following issue when trying to create SAP Tutor (2.1) files on win 7.

During the recording session a sim file is created, but as soon as the recording stopped, the sim file disappeared. There are no error messages or warnings.

The created sim file just disappears after ending the recording with the "stop" button - why?

I searched notes, and it's said the version 2.2 has been compatibled os vista, but the version 2.2 can't work, the windows event log said ntdll.dll error.

I think it could be your installation issue with SAP Tutor.

I suggest you to download the latest complete SAPTutor package, and install accordingly, and retry.

I try to download the lastest version, but It can't download in services marketplace, I don't know why either, so Is there any place to download it?
