how to export the the values into excel using wda.

Hi Expert,

i am passing the data into the excel format using webdynpro application,now my requerment is i need HEADER for that excel and TOTAL at the end.please provide me the requried information to finish the task. if u provided the screen shot that will be very helpfull.

Dear Bhushan,

you could add to your internal table the HEADER and the total at the end.

This code could be written on the button that processes this event, and just before the download is processed, you would add the information you need to your internal table.

Is this a viable alternative for you ?

If not, could you share with us how are you making your download ?

Are you using ALV and its standard download functionality ?

hi,

use ALV for your requirement alv comes with standard functionality of excel download. By clicking that button the data along with header will be downloaded directly to excel sheet.
