dear brother
i have some function location/equipment deleted in the Structure while creating PM order the structure also showing me the deleted one items which i dont want to show them while creating the order how i can do this

If you do not want to see your deleted items, you first have to delete/dismantle all info from your functional locations/equipments. You do not need to delete the General Tab's info. Only then you can set the functional locations/equipments to Flag for deletion. The system will then automatically set the status to non productive.

What we have done in our organisation is to create a functional location called "DISCARD", and for all functional locations/equipment that are discarded, we make "DISCARD" the Superior Functional Location.
