Hi Gurus,
I have a central monitoring system (ABC) that monitor my customers system availability. Currently, I am registering a new customer on the central system. However, the trusted connection from my satellite (DEF) to ABC does not work due authorization issue.
All the authorization and permissions are set properly.
However, I found out that in SMT1 in ABC, that there is another system registered as DEF that is valid. So, my second DEF could not be registered and the trusted could not work.
Has anyone had this before?Any suggestion to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.

As Sravanthi said, Define your new system in SMSY with LONG SID like DEF0001.

Hi,
Since both the DEF are valid systems, you can create new DEF system with LONGSID. Check the link for more information

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have use this method in defining LONGSID. My concern is the trusted system generated in SMT1. DEF system generated from refers to the fist valid system. How do I have a second DEF define in SMT1. Does your link applies for creating trusted connection as well?
Thanks,
Azir
