Combo products Sale

Hi,

I have a specific doubt. I need to setup a scenarion which is as follows:-

We are seting up a sales promotion for the peak season.

I have products A,B,C and D. If a customer buys more than 20 items of A/B/C (combined), then D will be sold to him at 50% discount. (There is a minimum buy qty for A, that is 6 ... which means, out of 20, 'A' should be more than 6 and there is no other specific buy qty for B and C)

We don't want to go for BOM concept. How can I meet this requirement? Please give some idea.
