Error installing Oracle:Error in invoking target 'irman ioracle' of makefil

Hi,

got the below error while installing oracle DB,

Error in invoking target 'irman ioracle' of makefile '/oracle/<SID>/112_64/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk'

Please suggest solution.

Few lines from log:

INFO: Out of Memory.

Solved by increasing /tmp directory.

Which flavour of Unix is this?

Does the hardware configuration meet the requirements as described in your installation guide?

What else is running on this machine?

You may need more memory.

Or if you are lucky, it will work, when you try again.
