Endless loop in user events of HCM interactive adobe forms

Hello,

We have implemented customer specific HCM processes and forms.

while executing adobe interactive form through webdynpro, system goes in endless loop.

After debugging, we found that form calls the user event and return to form.

But if value is not present in database, then system calls user event again and again.

Please help me on this issue.

Hi ,

I am not 100% sure on the issue. most commonly, the form gets hung because of wrong binding in the form scenario. i mean, if a text field is mapped with value help (or) vice versa.
