st04 z/os system log

Hi!

We have SAP on IBM DB2 UDB for z/OS (SAP Web AS 6.40 SR1,DB2 V8).

When I logon with tso user on sap and start sto4 --> z/os system log, i see error in sm21:

Error executing stored procedure DSNACCJS - MES_TXT: __login() unsuccessful : EDC5164I SAF/RACF error

What's the problem?

Hello guys , we have same problem with autorizations to configure SAPCL . Someone get this error :

DSNA626I  DSNADMJS THE __login() FUNCTION CALL IS UNSUCCESSFUL, IDENTITY=APSTSAP, EDC5164I SAF/RACF error. (errno2=0x13010000)

I'm think the problem is autorization in Z/os system . This error ocurres in second step (link-edit sapcl) .

How do you solve the problem ?
