Hi All,
I have known that when i post a thread and give points to members who have answered i will get points for that. I got 25 on 05-10-2011. It is not updating my points from that date? It is showing on Last Contribution date as 05-10-2011 but i even posted yesterday also. can any one please help me what should i do for increasing my points.
Thanks,
jyothi.

Hi:
I think the best idea to increase your points is to take others questions ;). However if you assign points to others they will appear in your reward point (yellow star...additional points tab)... If you want points to appears against your name then start contributing in forum by replying other threads and if worthy you will get rewards and points will appear beneath your name :).

If I understand correctly, your problem is this:
You posted this question: on 13.10.2011, and sometime after that awarded 6 points to Saurabh Agarwal. But when you check your points history - "Additional Points" - there is no point awarded to you for awarding points.
I agree this looks wrong. Can you please send an email to sapnetwork@sap.com, quoting this thread, just in case the problem isn't picked up via the forum.
I'm confused why you think it's a serious issue. Nobody has died from it,have they?
Regards
matt

Hi,
Thankyou so much. Serious issue in the sence. When we have problem and we are unnable to solve it we cant even sleep. Thats what i mean. Sorry if i disturb your valuble time. Can i ask you one thing? If my problem is with answers posted by experts like am unable to view them then this make serious issue but date is not updating and points are not increasing is not an serious issue. I agree you are right it is not a serious issue but it is an issue. Any way i wasted your valuble time. Sorry once again and Thanks for your valuble suggestions like wasting time on unneccessary things its a bad thing.
Thanks,
Jyothi.
You haven't wasted my time - and shouldn't draw that inference from my comment. There is an issue, it needed to be raised - part of the forum software clearly isn't working properly. Did you email sapnetwork? Have you had a response? I'll chase it up for you, if needs be.
