Meaning of "Last Call" & "No. of calls" in header overview in QP03

In QP03/02, when i enter a material and a plant and if i have two ins. plans i get the header overview screen with many fields such as Plant, Usage, Status, Created on,Created by, Changed on, Changed by etc. also there are these two fields called "Last Call" and "No of Calls." kindly assist me with the meaning of these two fields.

Last Call: Latest Date on which an Inspection Plan has been called/assigned to any Inspection lot.

No. of Calls: No. of times an Inspection Plan has been called/assinged to Inspection lots. Max: 9999, it will reset after 9999.

Last call: When did last time visited /opened task list.

No of calls:No of times task list visisted/opened.
