CCM 1.0 VS CCM 2.0

Hi:

I need information about CCM 1.0 and CCM 2.0, the diferences between both, if is better upgrade to CCM 2.0 or not, etc.

Hi Ricardo,

CCM 1.0 contains limited functionality also for problem analysis, i.e. the report /CCM/CLEANUP_MAPPING does not exist in the release. It also suffers greatly from Performance issues resolved in the CCM 2.0 release which will never be fixed in the 1.0 release. It is highly advisable, if you consider remaining with SAP CCM to move to the 2.0 release.

It is better to upgrade to CCM2.0.

SRM5.0 does not support CCM1.0.

Even if you are in SRM4.0, CCM1.0 does not have many features compared to CCM2.0 like upload Service catalogs, Contract data, Product data, manage views, etc.
