Transport files for request D02K900043 must still be transferred

Hi,

I have created a Transport order in D02 and I'm trying to import it in Q02. I have successfully Released the TO but I can't import it to Q02 from STMS. It's giving the following error message:

"Transport files for request D02K900043 must still be transferred".

Can anybody please advise me on this one.

Thanks kindly

Hi,

The problem with "Transport files for request <TR number> must still be transferred" means that your TMS is not configured correctly:

Ensure that all systems that belongs to the same transport group share the same transport directory.

If these systems share the same transport directory they should belong to same transport group. For more details refer to the following SAP Notes:

814639 - Transport requests disappear from the buffer;

556941 - Transport FAQ: Error scenarios;

556734 - FAQ Transport: Setup ther information;

556946 - Transport FAQ: TMS;

After checking all these possible causes, if you think that the TMS is configured correctly, perhaps this was caused by some punctual inconsistencies in the TMS configuration.

If it is confirmed that the cofiles and data files do exist in the correct file system then the following command can be run to

correct the issue

tp settransferred ALL <SID> pf=<path-to-transport-profile>.PFL

These should help you out.

Abhishek

Thanks Abishek.

I had to log on to Q02 to allow the files to be transferred.
