adding objects in the Object Type drop down, TCode: IE03

Hi,

Need help on this. I need to add values in the Object Type drop down at the following path.

Tcode: IE03

Equipment: equipment number

General View Tab

Field: Object Type (in the drop down, I need to add values)

I tried googling but could not find relevant info and being a newbie, was not sure on how to proceed.

Hi,

This is related to Plant Maintenance module..however, based on my findings, you can add values in the following path:

SPRO->PM and Customer Service>Technical Objects>General data-->Define types of Technical Objects.

Thanks a Zillion Rags,

You were bang on target. I checked this in dev and compared with PROD, you were absolutely right. I was struggling with this for some time. Being a newbie, I didn't know if it was an SD or PM issue.

It's a shame that I can only give you 10 points but thank you very much.
