Good Day
We have activated Incident Management BI reporting functionality on Solution Manager Ehp 1 SP 26
However, when we ran the report from the work centre did we notice that it does not pull in the status of the Incident messages (SLFN)
Done investigation and the following notes was implemented
SV-SMG-SUP-REP
SAP Note # 1632588
SAP Note #1421507 and all related notes
Still same error
Q: Does anybody perhaps know who to resolve this error.
