Transaction IB52 - GOTO - PARTNER

Good Day

I am currently busy with implementing Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1 SP26 CHaRM

However, i notice in transaction IB52 when we try and assign business partners to the functions that only 4 functions are available. (Sold to party, Requester, Service Employee Group)

Transaction IB52 - GOTO - PARTNER

Questions:

1. How do we activate the rest of the functions eg Developer, Tester, IT operator

Anybody had an issue like this before? help

Hello Allistair,

Goto SPRO :

CRM -> Master data -> Installed Base -> Assign Partner Determination Procedure to Installed Base Category

In Ibase category 01 change for your Partner Procedure (e.g. SDHFHEAD ) in columm procedure.

after that your partners will show in iB52 tarnsaction.

and you can use BP_GEN to assign BP to all the user

We have assigned developer and IT operator through rules to check the component and assign the team for relevant area to CRF. While, for tester, the ticket generator's id is assigned to tester. IB52 is to set for constant values, which I don't think should be utilized for assigning partners and derive according to the ibase components.
