hi all,

basically i am a PP consultant but I am doing SAP PS tasks too.

i have done change cost planning in CJ40 with version 1.

in cj30 i cannot see cost of cj40 i maintain with version 1 it is only showing "0" version cost.

can anybody please let me know where i am wrong or need to change some settings in config ?

Hi,

In CJ30 goto Settings - Planned Total Version and put the version as 1 there. You should be able to see the costs planned in version 1 now.

Hi,

with the help of transaction IMCCP3 - Transfer Plan to Project Budget, you can transfer plan cost of CJ40 version 1 to CJ30 for budget allocation.
