RFC Login not Possible from SRM ITS Portal

Hi Gurus,

We are trying to create the SC from SRM IS portal and selecting the link u201CShopping Cart u2013 Full Functionality (BBPSC01)u201D and receiving the below error details.

Error :RFC Login not Possible, Contact an administrator

Service : bbpsc01

User Id: SSADASIVAM

Client 400

SAP System MD1

Client 500

Our SRM client is MED-400

Could you please suggest me how to fix this issue.

With the help of Basis team the issue has been resolved.

Hi,

Check all your RFC connections in SRM and ECC. Also check whether the user validity has expired by any chance.

Hi Sada,

Previous similar issue seems to point to the backend RFC user being locked, thus creating this error, please check that this is not the case here.
