Alert inbox message error

Hi

When i try to open a message in my alert inbox i get the following error -

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

Message E 01 495 cannot be processed in plug-in mode HTTP

I can successfully open alert inbox messages on other environments except our production one. My name also does not display next to the 'Alert Inbox Of ' just above the message.

Hi

Check with Basis, it might be portal error or frontend error.

Fixed it by assigning myself all the available java groups and roles through NWA Not the best solution i know. I would still like to know which roles i require
