Sales Based Rental Settlement

While I run transaction RESRSE for a contract with 2 conditions:

1. Minimum Sales Based rent / Fixed amount /

2. 10 % of revenue

I get the following message and am not able to post subsequently.

*No periodic posting for calculation period 01.09.2011-30.09.20*

*Message no. RERAAP003*

*Procedure*

*Check if periodic posting with distribution was performed.*

*When determining the advance payment, the system only chec*

*object-related cash flow still has planned records or not.*

Have you done the posting for the minimum rent condition type??

No . I am processing both conditions together. Its a contract which needs to the higher of the 2 :

1. minimum Sales based rent @ 50 per sft ( for eg )

2. 10% of revenue

Whichever is higher.

System seems to simulate but with the warning I pasted earlier referring to Distribution. Later when I tried posting , gave an error.

Hi,

You need to do a periodic posting for your minimum rent condition type only then the system will do the posting in sales based settlement for the delta amount.

Thanks....I realised that and am going to do the same.

Later , when I do a Sales Based settlement I am assuming the following will happen :

If the Sales based rental is more then the advance , the differential will be posted.

If it is less then the advance will stay.....

It happened when I simulated....lets see...

I have gotten the same error ,once running the resrse t code to create cash flow line for delta, system gives the error too. How can we pass this urgent  issue ?
