Quality info record mass creation

Hi

Can abybody explain me how to create Quality info record for material and vendor combination in mass(QI06).

I have 10 different materials with different vendors, is it possible to create QI record at one shot in mass.

Please explain.

Hi,

Transaction QI06 is for Mass creation/change/Display of Quality Info Records.

Here, you can select Materials-Plants-Vendors with all the selection choices like: Select Single values, Exclude Single values, Select Range, Exclude Range.

This is ideal for creating the Quality Info Records enmasse. However, the parameters for the Info Records could be different for different vendors ie. Release, Certification, Source Inspection, Block, Status Profile. Hence, you have to be careful in this.

If necessary, you need to change the individual records after a Mass creation.
