BAPI for VEFU transaction

Hello,

I execute transaction VEFU to create records for Intrastat report.

Does anyone know if there is a BAPI to create records within table VEIAV (tx.VEFU)?

Use the transaction ENGR to create FT documents.

But tx. ENGR connects with transaction VEFU.

I do not want to use a batch input calling to tx.VEFU to create records within table VEIAV, I would like to use a BADI if there is one for this task.
