Hi experts, report S_ALR_87013558 has been copied into a Z report which works fine. The one thing I want to find out is whether there is a way in which we can include the status of the WBS element as an input field on the report and to filter the results of the report by that specific status that has been entered on the input.

What Ammar said is right. We need to define status selection profile in order to call this one report.

The system needs at least that one of the selection fields is maintained.

You need to enter a value or range of values in the Project definintion or/and WBS element or/and network...

To run your reports in PS entering just the status selection profile and no other

selection criteria would incorrect.

Ask your ABAPer to add selection criteria as System status so as to use filtration.

You can use the Status selection profile (Ctrl + F5) to select the WBS based on specific system/ user statuses. You will need to configure the status selection profile first (TCode BS42).
