functional specification for sd report

Dear All,

I am new in SAP SD. So need some guidance.

I want to prepare a FS for z report where the input data are- Customer Number & Period

Output data will be - Total Order Value, List of materials purchased, No. of orders

placed, Total revenue generated

Suggest me the tables & fields that I need to take.

Hi,

Please search the forum to get the SAP table details.

However I am giving some relevent tables for your purpose.

Go to T.Code: SE16n enter the following tables and check which fields are appropriate for your requirement

VBAK for total order value, order date

VBAP for Item details for the sale order

VBRK for the total invoice value( for revenues)

BSEG Also for revenues

MARA for Material details

Thanks for your quick response. I have taken all those tables. I have taken VBAP for Material instead of MARA.

Which table should I take for number of orders?

If I take VBAP for material number, will it give all the material numbers that the customer has purchased over a period?

It does'nt mean that all sales orders created for a given material is billed. It could be an open order also in which case, VBAP will not meet your requirement. Better you consider VBRP.
