Webgui :Error in storing doc

Hi,

Help required.

Iu2019m able to attach/upload documents in T.Code FB03 through store Business document in SAP GUI, but when I try to attach/upload through Webgui i.e, portal in T.Code Fb03(eg) , below error message is displayed and the documents is not uploaded.

The attachment has not been created

Message no. SGOS_MSG042

Any suggestion to solve this issue

could you please see the SAP note 1290444 which solved such similar issues in the past.

Thanks for your reply

The correction in the note was delivered in SP 21 for release 500 but we are in SP 24

I also found that when I download any report( eg ALV) through SAP GUI for HTML, below message is displayed

Cancellation by user

Message no. ALVHT161

When I try to store/upload any document then I get below message

The attachment has not been created

Message no. SGOS_MSG042

Not sure what is missing.
