Hi,

Are you able to access the "F:\oracle\MPQ\sapcheck" folder on OS?

Second question is, has the system an attached application server? Or single host?

As a quick solution, rename "sapcheck" to "sapcheck1" and create new "sapcheck" folder, with "<sid>adm" user. Then, copy files in "sapcheck1" to newly created "sapcheck" folder.

@DatabaseSAP: >> You can try to run saproot.sh SID as well.

This is a Windows system, not UX or Linux. So, you cannot execute this command

As per process, it should be there. Please create the folder sapcheck under MPQ using sidadm user.

Thanks

Hi,

Please create the following folders as well

F:\oracle\MPQ\saptrace

F:\oracle\MPQ\sapreorg

If those are not available.

Hello,

Kindly check the owner of brrestore, brrecover, brspace and brtools

to <sid>adm, as per note 113747: Permissions for DBA tools BR*Tools and SAPDBA

I think this is the issue due to wrong permissions of BR*Tools executables in the kernel

Note 113747 - Permissions for DBA tools BR*Tools and SAPDBA

You can try to run saproot.sh SID as well.

Also verify the permissions for the path F:\oracle\MPQ\sapcheck

Thanks
