Hi,
I have setup emails (using Smart Form Mail) for our Change Request workflow within ChaRM. I used the following blog as a guide:
We have tested the emails and they are working fine. My next job is to setup similiar emails for the Change Document. I started with our 'standard correction' and set everything up.
When the Change Document is created the condition appears in the 'actions' tab of the Change Document (as unprocessed). When the status of the CD is changed, this changes to UNPROCESSED (red icon). What may be causing this? In all my CR testing, everything was green and the emails worked fine.
I've double checked all my conditions and they appear to be ok. I even stripped the smart forms back so they had one word and it still errored when processing. Any suggestions? I'm a bit stumped at the moment.

Ok, just realised there was a template in the smart form causing issues. have deleted this and it's now working.
