This is possible through User exit : QAAT0001
check MSEG-LGORT and dependent on the value set the flag E_NO_INSPECTION which will avoid that an inspection lot is created.
The exits needed ate EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002 and EXIT_SAPLQPL1_005, please don't forget to set E_TQ32 = I_TQ32 in the exit or you will recieve an error.
