Restricting or Defaulting the parameters in EasyDMS search dialog

In Easy DMS, it it possible either through configuration or some registry settings to Fix or default the search criteria on the Easy DMS Search popup dialog? For example, I want to fix the status dropdown so that the manufacturing floor can only view documents that are in a Released status. I don't see anywhere to save your settings here and I have to pick the search criteria each time run the search function.

I don't know if you do something in Easy DM but you can with authorization for DMS make that the user only can have a look on an certain status

"Authorization Object C_DRAW_TCS (Status Dependent Authorization)

The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_TCS. This object controls which users can process which document info records, based on a combination of activity, document type, and status."
