How to make custom extension field non-editable?

Hi Experts,

I am working on Verson 7. I have created new extension fields which I want to mark as non-editable. Any idea how it can be achieved?

I have created these extra fields in the Agreement, and the plan is to populate those fields through script.

You can use Page Customization for this. Go to Setup->Page Customization. Create a new Page Customization for the page you want to customize, you can get the UI ID from the Reference Guide.

Click on Add Field, select your extension field, select editable under "property" and set it to "No".
