T&E approver not receiving e-mail notification

Hi,

We have a situation wherein the T&E approver is not receiving an automated mail notification asking him/her to approve the pending trip created by his/her direct reports. Currently, we don't have T&E workflow. Number of affected users = 1. Can you please share your views on what may be the possible issue and what is the resolution?

Hi,

The issue has been resolved. The root cause of this issue was due to wrong e-mail ID of the approver present in user maintenance transaction SU01 (address tab, communication section under). Hence the automated mail notification was not delivered to the approver.

Hi,

Yes. We currently don't have a T&E business workflow. At the same time, the user receives automated mail notification, informing him of the change in status of his trip. Till few weeks back, the user received automated mail notification informing him that the amount will be wired to his bank account in few days. But later onwards, he hasn't received such mails.

Hi,

there might be standard workflow activated such as

Workflow for Travel Request: WS20000050

Workflow for Travel Expense : WS20000040

There are other travel workflow available in standard as well which are trigged on Settle and amount transformed to the bank.

Also check whether your BO:BUS2089 is available..
