Using Print Priview -- Spool request is not generating.

Dear All,

While i am trying to print, Using PRINT option directly - Spool request is generating, Fine.

While i go for print preview - Edit - Print, Its generating Spool request fine.

But, When i am taking printout through Print Preview - After Print Preview there will be a first icon for us "Click to print this PDF file or page", if i am using this option "Spool Request is not generating.

Most of the users will be using this option, and so we cannot find the spool requests,

Please let me know, How to generate spool request, when using PRINT PREVIEW - "Click to print this PDF file or page"

Hi,

I guess this is a smartform spool. If the parameter OUTPUT_OPTIONS-TDNOPRINT is filled when calling the smartform function module, then it is not possible to print from the preview. Ensure this parameter is not filled.

in RZ11, it shows, parameter name is unknown.

Hi,

This is not a general system parameter. When applications call a smarform function module there are some interface parameters. The structure OUTPUT_OPTIONS contains several fields including TDNOPRINT.

This issue is related to PDF form not to smart forms.

Any other solution, please.
