error at the time of cross selling

Dear All,

I am trying to do Cross sales. I have done all the configuration setting for the same.

But while creating the sales order, in the Cross selling material overview popup screen when i tried putting the cross sale material quantity an error message came "INPUT MUST BE IN FORMAT ,_,___,___,¬.__V"

Kindly suggest where I am wrong.

Check input for pricing conditions also like discounts, rounding conditions etc.,

I have checked the rounding rules.. Its Commercial.

But what is the relevance of rounding rule with this error?

Hi,

This can happen if you are maintianing the values which is not in line with the decimal notation assigned to your user.

Check using comma instead of point, for example 1,00 for 1.00, this type of error is displayed by the system.

In T.Code:SU01 in defaults tab check decimal notation field value.

Ask Basis people to change as per your requirement.

But the quantity of the main material is in simple format. e.g. 10

So do I need to enter the quantity of cross selling material in a specific format? I have tried entering it in both decimal & coma format but the error remains the same.please help asap...

Check which unit of measure did you maintain in Cross selling Record.

I have taken same unit of measure which I have maintained for the material.
