Customer inclusion list

Hi

We have a requirement that 10 customer are exclusivley to by a material. If we maintain an inclusion listing record in VB01>A001 or A002 for the material and customer combiation, there is a limiation because the customers buy many other materials.

Is there an inclusion or exclusion record which secures materials for a customer ?

Any suggestions ?

Hi

As I understand, your customers buy specific materials most of the times and may purchase other materials as well.

For this you may use dynamic product proposal- which gives a pop up with all the materials that your customers purchase.

Also you can enter other materials as per the requirement.

If these materials should not be used by other customers,use exclusion functionality for them using customer/material combination.

Listing/Exclusion T.Code: VB01

Listing is used when customer buys only some materials say only 10 materials out of 1000 materials.

Exclusion is used when customer does not buy only 10 materials out od 1000 materials.

Use listing/exclusion as per the requirement.
