Is it possible to Include the sap UNIVERSE with in sap another UNIVERSE?

where linking is not possible between SAP Universe with another SAP universe.

No, you can't do Linked OLAP universes.. Nor can you do Union queries in WebI

the best option is to create a MultiCube (multiProvider) in BW and join your views in the backend datamodelling.

Failing that, the easiest, albeit most risky (performance-wise) would be the have a multiprovider document (multi Query) which merges datasets in the WebI report on a common dimension.
