What access are required for Client Copy for the user in PRD system

Hello,

We were not giving SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to a user in Production system for Client copy in the QA system. But after SP upgrade the Basis team with same authorization level were unable to perform the task. Trace was switched on and i found that they were not having * in S_TABU_DIS and S_USR_PRO with act 02 in the PRD system.

Also note that the standard roles does not works in our system,

Hi,

the note 399721 explains authorization checks performed in SCC1. But I am confused what exactly is your problem?

Sourabh - Can you please provide more information. Since it is a PRD to QAS copy - i would assume it to be a System Copy rather than Client copy. However, Basis roles should not have much difference in QAS and PRD and it should work in the same way as it did in the past. Thanks for the additional information ..
