Hi all,
I want to develop a HTTP-adapter.
Because I am quite anew in this area, I do not know at all where I should start.
As a first, I want to copy the sample adaptor. For it I have installed NWDS.
Indeed, in the help to PCK everything is in it, but I lack the beginning steps.
e.g., what project should I put on in NWDS?
How do I provide RAR and SDA archives?
How does one provide AdapterMetaData.xml?
I am grateful for every tip.
Alex
hi,
thank's for quick answer.
This has helped me a little bit.
Only it is developed everything in Java.
I wanted to reproduce sample adapter(sample_ra).
How should I start?
What Project I should put on under NWDS: J2EE or normally Java?
If it is developed as a J2EE Project, I can just do like in "How to create modules for the J2EE adapter engine"?
Is there "how to ..." or "step-by-step-solution" for the development of adapter for PCK/XI?
thank's.
regards
alex

hi,
but we already have an HTTP adapter (on XI's abap stack)
so why don't you just copy it and create your own processing if you cannot use the standard one?
