Cookies in Integrated ITS

Hi ,

we are migrating standalone ITS to Integrated ITS.

we are cutomizing logon screen using CL_ICF_SYSTEM_LOGIN and reading cookies in HTM_LOGIN method.

I have link in portal when i call that ITS service is called. From the portal, cookies are generated and sending to ITS service. when i click the link it opens in new window, In new browser i dont find any cookies . cookies are lost in between.

What could be the problem?.

Is there any configuration missing?

Hello Kanagaraj,

Are you using the fully qualified domain name? And do they have the same parent domain? ie: portal.company.com and its.company.com? A cookie that needs to be shared can only be shared to the same parent, in this case company.com.
