Budget/Actual Expenditures and commitments data

Hi

Could someone help me with the tables from where the data relating to the projects with total approved budget,expenditures ,commitments data can be pulled in ?

Hi,

Check the RPSCO table with the WBS Element object number. You can filter based on value type field (41 stands for budget, 4 fro actual etc).

One question I have is How to link the WBS element objetc number in RPSCO to the project definition in PROJ?

Hi,

In PRPS tabe give wthe project number. This will give you all the WBS Element in the project and also this table has the object number (OBJNR) for WBS Elements. Take these OBJNR's and pass it to RPSCO.
